Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velaavenue.com with your order number and photos of the item so we assist as quickly as possible.
